BSGI offers established Quality Assurance programs and testing services to provide our clients with confidence that all planned activities are implemented according to quality standards and IT solutions are satisfying all requirements. Some of the tasks BSGI provides for this service area are:
- Monitor and track all system requirements through the implementation process ensuring that requirements are implemented as intended
- Review and provide QA feedback for all management plans, work products, documentation (including software development and integration documentation), and other deliverables produced by the development or/and implementation teams
- Develop, track and analyze QA metrics, such as QA checklists tailored to each client’s required artifacts collection
- Prepare and deliver formal presentations to management and stakeholders regarding Risk Management and Quality Assurance status
- Perform quality gates and post-deployment reviews for integration activities to assess and document the results, including, but not limited to, defects found, corrective actions to be taken, and work-arounds to be implemented
- Develop and maintain testing plans, testing documentation, metrics, artifacts and environments
- Integrate testing schedules across concurrent releases and identify critical paths
- Ensure all testing processes and standards are adhered to throughout the testing process in accordance with Client’s organization standards
- Execute independent testing including risk-based testing, business acceptance, 508 compliance, performance testing, and security testing to ensure system’s readiness for production implementation
